Personal Finance Award - Changes
As part of our commitment to further develop the interactivity of our assessments, we have developed and released new assessments to support the Personal Finance Award. These replace the assessments used in session 2010/11.
Note: No paper versions of these assessments are available.
Differences from last year
2010/11
Assessment conditions: 60% overall pass mark
No of questions: 25 questions in Principles of Money
20 questions in Money Management
Question Types: Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) only
A limited number of formative questions available on SOLAR OpenAssess – www.sqasolar.org.uk/openassess
2011-onwards
Assessment conditions: 50% pass mark overall and each task requires a minimum pass of 50%
No of questions: 22 questions in Principles of Money
20 questions in Money Management
Question Types: Multiple Choice (MCQ), Multiple Response (MRQ), Matching, Gapfill, Drag and drop and Re-order
