Dealing with Spyware

The first step towards dealing with spyware is knowing that it is installed on your system. By its very nature spyware is difficult to find and as such can be tricky to remove. However, sometimes spyware can cause suspicious changes to be made to your system such as your default browser home page being changed and nuisance pop-up adverts appearing or even your system slowing down.

Once you have decided that your system is infected with spyware then the best way to deal with it is to install anti-spyware software.

There are many different anti-spyware programs available and some of them are free. Some anti-spyware programs have very impressive names such as Spybot Search & Destroy.
