SOLAR maintenance on Tuesday 19 March
SOLAR will be unavailable between 21:00 on Tuesday 19 March and 01:00 on Wednesday 20 March, while our supplier carries out a system update to resolve the recent time delay issues when scheduling assessments and generating keycodes.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the meantime, we have temporary fixes in place to clear any access issues within 10 minutes. Therefore, please allow 5 to 10 minutes between scheduling an assessment and generating the keycodes. Please check that the keycodes are in the ‘Invigilate’ tab with a status of ‘Ready’ before trying to access them. If your keycodes do not appear in the Invigilate tab within 10 minutes, please let us know.
In all cases, we reinforce our existing advice to schedule any future assessments as far in advance as possible – particularly those that are taking place during a weekend, when our helpdesk is not available.
