SOLAR Helpdesk Enquiries

To be able to properly manage, catalogue and deal with the volume and types of enquiries for SOLAR some amendments have been made to the Helpdesk provision.

When you email SOLAR you will receive an automated response which will direct you to be able to resolve your enquiry in one of three ways:

  • The first is a list of options for types of queries e.g. subject request, how shedule a test etc and links for how to deal with these simply.
  • The second option is a link to the SOLAR Helpdesk Request form which will allow you to provide full information on the issue and if required, attach documents or screenshots to send to us as evidence.
  • The third option is direct dial telephone number if your query is urgent.
