H&S Construction Update

The item bank assessments for HX12 04 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment have been revised as requested by the Qualification Team for this subject area.

New questions have been created and an item bank approach is now in place to allow for dynamic generation of assessments.

These assessments are available to all centres who had access to the previous assessment versions.  The revised assessments are now listed as:

HX12 04 - Health and Safety in a Construction Environment – All Outcomes Assessment

HX12 04 - Health and Safety in a Construction Environment – Outcome 1 Assessment

HX12 04 - Health and Safety in a Construction Environment – Outcome 2 Assessment

HX12 04 - Health and Safety in a Construction Environment – Outcome 3 Assessment

HX12 04 - Health and Safety in a Construction Environment – Outcome 4 Assessment

HX12 04 - Health and Safety in a Construction Environment – Outcome 5 Assessment

There has been a minimum 80% pass mark applied across all outcomes.  Candidates who sit the full assessment will require a minimum of 80% in each outcome to pass.  If they have not achieved 80% in one or more of the outcomes, they are required to sit the individual outcome assessments and achieve a minimum of 80%.

The assessment window has been amended and assessments can only be taken during the hours of 0700-2200 hours.

These assessments were made live on the 28th February 2019 and the previous versions have been withdrawn.
