Review and update of SOLAR unit assessments for Street Works Initial and Re-assessments

 

A review and update of all SOLAR unit assessments for Street Works Initial and Re-assessments will take place from Monday, 9 December to Wednesday, 11 December 2024. Please note these are the specific dates on which changes will be made in SOLAR, and not the date mentioned in the letter from the Highways Authorities and Utilities Committee (HAUC) Training and Accreditation Group, which Centre SOLAR Co-ordinators should have received.

The current assessments on SOLAR for Street Works Initial and Re-assessments can continue to be scheduled, however all scheduled assessments must be completed no later than Sunday, 8 December 2024. If you wish to deliver tests from Thursday, 12 December, you must schedule them after the update is complete. From Monday, 9 December to Wednesday, 11 December 2024, scheduling for these assessments will be unavailable to allow for any changes to be implemented. The revised assessments will be available for scheduling from Thursday, 12 December 2024.
