SOLAR helpdesk availability

Provided are a list of dates when there will be limited or no SOLAR Helpdesk provision.  SOLAR will continue to be available and responses to queries provided on our return.(Please click the title to view content)

Please note that on the following dates there will be either limited or no customer contact for SOLAR services. All of the systems will be running on these dates but there will be either no or limited support staff to take calls or answer emails. Dates which have limited support will be marked (Limited)

We will endeavour to respond to your queries as quickly as possible on our return. Please follow the new procedures as outlined in the news item from March 2019.

  • 15 August (Limited 9:00 - 13:00)
  • 30 September 2019 (No helpdesk)
  • 2nd December 2019 (No helpdesk)
  • Thursday 13th Dec (Limited 9:00 - 12:00)
  • Friday 20th Dec until 12:00 - 3rd January 2020 (No helpdesk)
