Editing an HTML Test

Editing a Test for HTML tests is different than those for Flash. If a test is still editable and able to be viewed in the Schedule tab of Test Administration you can click the test to edit. The test will highlight.

 

Once you click the edit button as you can see from the screenshots you are only allowed to edit the dates and times for a test and no other areas are available.

 

Should you have accidentally scheduled the wrong test or the wrong candidate please go to the Schedule tab and click the Delete test option.

 

You will then see a confirmation to delete the test.

Once clicked this will remove the test from scheduling and allow you to reschedule correctly.

 

Please note : any test which has been locked (Keycode created) will still have to be voided from the Invigilate Tab. You can refer to the void a test html video training guide in the guidance section.
